  • Foreign Cheques, Demand Drafts, and Bearer Instruments are not accepted
  • Western Union is accepted only for small freight or sample payments
• As per Indian banking regulations, we cannot dispatch goods until full payment is secured in our Banker’s USD account.

Choose products from our website. First-time importers are advised to focus on orders in hand and regular fast-moving items. Once finalized, we can provide estimated shipping costs and suggest the most suitable shipping method. Please ensure your selection fits within your budget.

Payment should be remitted via SWIFT / TT (MT-103) through an international or reputed local bank. We will provide complete SWIFT instructions. Production begins upon receipt of payment.

• Courier Shipments (Express/Economy): Door delivery is provided after payment of local duties and taxes to carriers such as DHL, FEDEX, TNT, or ARAMEX.
• Air or Sea Shipments: You must appoint a licensed Customs Clearing Agent in your country. While we can ship via our Indian Agent, clearance at destination must be handled by your Local Agent. Local Duties and Taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Note: Clearance time at the destination port is additional.

• Ex-Works / Ex-Factory (Ambala Cantt):
  Prices include delivery up to our factory gate only. All subsequent charges are borne by the buyer.
• CIF (Foreign Port):
  Prices include all charges up to the specified Foreign Port, including Indian-side expenses.

For Ex-Works / Ex-Factory shipments, if the buyer nominates their own Indian agent, we prefer using our regular agent for Transportation till selected Port and Customs Clearance at the Indian port. Nominal charges may be added to the Proforma Invoice or paid directly by the nominated agent.
